Our furniture mainly comes from Amish builders in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, & local New York! We strive to carry all American made furniture.
Yes! We have an entire wall of samples showing different wood species to choose from. Each sample board shows the wood type and many different stains. The best part? If you’re trying to match an existing piece in your home you can bring in a drawer, door, or table leaf from that piece and we’ll help you match it up!
Good news! There are many options for fabrics! We have chairs, sofas, gliders, and more that can be upholstered! Some fabrics (ex: real leather) can change the price. Just ask any associate, and they will show you the options!

To an extent, yes! 95% of our furniture is Amish made. They build in multiple wood species and have a range of finish colors. We may even have it in stock in a different color! If not, a special order can be placed.

Yes! The poly lumber outdoor furniture is completely maintenance free! The material is made out of recycled plastic water bottles and jugs. Poly lumber will not crack, split, or fade on you. The hardware is stainless steel, so will not rust. Poly lumber also has some weight to it, so will not easily blow over.
Absolutely! We can hold items in our warehouse, so you can pick it up at a later date. We do ask that the order is paid in full, if the product is held longer than two weeks.

This is always the million dollar question! It is very tough to give a generic lead time, due to going through multiple Amish suppliers. Depending on the supplier’s work load it varies. Some are a 4-6 week lead time, others are up to 10 weeks.
Our prices are kept low in part because the store does not deliver. (Remember, there is no such thing as “free” delivery from any furniture store). Should you be unable to pick up your purchase, we have options. We can connect you with a reliable party that has very reasonable “by the hour” rate and does a great job!
We now only do custom finishing in-house. We used to custom build, but with such high demand for custom items, we find the Amish are better at accommodating our customer’s needs. Most of our Amish suppliers have catalogs. They offer more product than what’s in stock, and are usually willing to build to custom sizes.
We hear this A LOT, and the answer is almost always YES you can take it with you! The only exceptions are if the item is part of a set (a chair that goes with a dining table) OR an item that is already sold to another happy customer.
